Sound Maintenance Services began in Seattle in 1998, and was incorporated in 2004. From the beginning we have strived to present a quality service at a fair price. Upon this professional goal has grown a full service company which grows along with our clients’ needs throughout the Puget Sound. With the growing emphasis on eco-friendly maintenance and the green philosophy, Sound Maintenance Services also offers a full range of green services which fit in with your views on the Earth and the environment.

We strive to create a healthier, safer environment for everyone without sacrificing the results to our clients. We are able to accomplish our goal by incorporating elements such as:
- Adopting Green cleaning chemicals and methodology. We have partnered with Johnson Diversey and our chemicals are pH Neutral, readily biodegradable, contain no VOCs, and deliver a superior cleaning without hazardous fumes or environmental effects.
- We have started using microfiber–a non-abrasive, lint-free, hypoallergenic material designed to capture 98% of microparticles and absorb 7 times its weight in liquid. Microfiber mops use less water and help eliminate the risk of cross contamination in water buckets.
- We have implemented an ongoing training and education program that delivers more opportunities for personal achievement and more resources for professional results.
